Admission Requirements

  • To enrol, you should have previously completed a sport and/or science-related Aotearoa New Zealand degree, or an equivalent qualification, and normally should have achieved at least a B Grade Point Average in your 300-level courses.
  • CAE or CPE: Score of 176 with a minimum of 169 in reading, writing, listening and speaking
  • IELTS Academic: An average score of 6.5, with a minimum of 6.0 in reading, writing, listening and speaking
  • NZAPA: English New Zealand Accredited Pathway Assessment Level 3
  • NZCEL: Level 5
  • Pearson Test of English (Academic): PTE with an overall score of 58
  • TOEFL iBT: Total minimum score of 90, minimum score of 19 in reading, writing and listening
  • SSCI403 Innovation in Sport and Exercise
  • Elective courses: Choose two from the following:
