Overview

Aalto University, ranked 8th in the 2021 Academic Ranking of World Universities in management, hosts the Master’s Programme in People Management and Organizational Development. This program aims to cultivate responsible professionals and future leaders adept at managing human resources (HR) and navigating evolving business landscapes. The curriculum adopts a multidisciplinary approach, integrating theories from management, leadership, psychology, social psychology, communication studies, and sociology. This blend of theoretical knowledge and practical orientation empowers students to create agile, effective, and sustainable organizations through HR and organizational development practices.

 

Admission Requirements

  • The bachelor’s degree must be equivalent to 180 ECTS credits or three years of full-time study.
  • The degree must give eligibility to apply for master’s degree studies at university in the awarding country.
    IELTS Academic: overall score 6.5, and writing score 5.5.
  • TOEFL iBT (Internet-based Test): 92, and 22 for Writing
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE A): 62, and 54 for Writing
  • Programme Studies (90 ECTS), including Master’s Thesis (30 ECTS)
  • Electives / minor studies / exchange (30 ECTS)
