The Pathway Certificate for MPA Entry at Lincoln University is designed to cultivate your accounting skills, preparing you for a Master’s degree that not only broadens your horizons but also offers an internationally recognized professional accounting qualification.

Admission Requirements

Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited higher education institution in New Zealand.
Or an equivalent educational achievement or level.
IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with no individual component less than 5.5
TOEFL iBT Overall score of 60 (with at least 18 in Writing)
Cambridge English Overall score of 169, with no individual component less than 162
Pearson Test of English 50 overall score – with no communicative skill less than 42
NZCEL Level 4

The Pathway Certificate for MPA Entry is a level 6 certificate programme made up of six 10-credit courses. Five of these are CPA Australia Foundation courses. Fundamentals of Business Law (ACCT220) is a Lincoln University course covering NZ legislation, and provides an exemption from CPA Australia’s Business Law.
