Admission Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited higher education institution in New Zealand.
  • Or an equivalent educational achievement or level.
  • IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with no individual component less than 5.5
  • TOEFL iBT Overall score of 60 (with at least 18 in Writing)
  • Cambridge English Overall score of 169, with no individual component less than 162
  • Pearson Test of English 50 overall score – with no communicative skill less than 42
  • NZCEL Level 4

The Graduate Diploma in Valuation requires 120 credits.

You must complete VAPM310 – The Valuation of Investment Property – so as to proceed to VAPM309 – Property Investment and Portfolio Analysis and VAPM311 – Urban Valuation
