Admission Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited higher education institution in New Zealand.
  • Or an equivalent educational achievement or level.
  • IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with no individual component less than 5.5
  • TOEFL iBT Overall score of 60 (with at least 18 in Writing)
  • Cambridge English Overall score of 169, with no individual component less than 162
  • Pearson Test of English 50 overall score – with no communicative skill less than 42
  • NZCEL Level 4

The Graduate Diploma in Property Management normally requires one year of full-time study. Longer part-time study options are offered. You need 120 credits from four compulsory courses, plus four elective courses from below, with two of these at 300 level.
