Engage in lectures, demonstrations, work-based learning, and hands-on experiences to master the art of quality food preparation and presentation. Business-focused courses in marketing, communication skills, people management, small business ventures, and quality management ensure graduates are well-rounded professionals ready to meet industry demands. An 18-week internship provides essential industry exposure. This degree is accredited by Le Cordon Bleu, a global leader in culinary and hospitality education. Upon completion, graduates receive certificates from both Sunway University and Le Cordon Bleu.
