- A Bachelor Honours degree in Engineering or equivalent four-year Engineering undergraduate degree.

- TOEFL minimum score of 575 or iBT score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19).
- ISLPR minimum score of 3+ in each skill.
- C1 Advanced overall score of 176 (no score less than 169) or C2 Proficiency.
