Admission Requirements

  • BSc (Hon) (Property Studies) or BSc (Hons) (Building) or BSc (Hons) (Construction Management) with a minimum average score of 60%
  • PGDIP in PDM or equivalent with an average score of 60%
  • BArch (Hons) or BSc (Hons) (Urban and Regional Planning) or MArch(Prof) or BSc (Hons) (Quantity Surveying) or 4-year BSc (Eng) in Civil Engineering with an average score of 60%
  • 4-year BSc(Hons) (Economics) or BCom(Hons) or BSc(Hons) (Finance) with an average score of 60%
  • Differently qualified applicants with a Honours degree or equivalent at NQF level 8 will be shortlisted for an entrance test
  • International students must submit a South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) evaluation certificate or demonstrate equivalent qualifications.
