Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in food chemistry or a related field
  • Internship experience totaling at least 60 credit points in chemistry, biology, and food analysis
  • Proficiency in the German language (Level B1 for foreign nationals)
  • Module 1: Chemistry of food, cosmetics, consumer goods, and animal feed I
  • Module 2: Chemistry of food, cosmetics, consumer goods, and feed II
  • Module 3: Technology
  • Module 4: Food Law
  • Module 5: Analysis of food, cosmetics, consumer goods, and animal feed
  • Module 6: Internship Special Food Analysis
  • Module 7: Biochemistry of Nutrition
  • Module 8: General and food toxicology
  • Module 9: Elective module 1 Research and in-depth study: Food chemistry and analytics
