Admission Requirements

  • The bachelor’s degree must be equivalent to 180 ECTS credits or three years of full-time study.
  • The degree must give eligibility to apply for master’s degree studies at university in the awarding country.
    IELTS Academic: overall score 6.5, and writing score 5.5.
  • TOEFL iBT (Internet-based Test): 92, and 22 for Writing
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE A): 62, and 54 for Writing

During the MA courses in Film Directing, the student challenges their artistic thinking, studies the conventions and new forms of film and TV drama, studies dramaturgical structures and examines the starting points of their personal artistic work in more detail. The studies enforce the director’s role and defines the responsibilities during the whole production.
