Admission Requirements

  • The bachelor’s degree must be equivalent to 180 ECTS credits or three years of full-time study.
  • The degree must give eligibility to apply for master’s degree studies at university in the awarding country.
    IELTS Academic: overall score 6.5, and writing score 5.5.
  • TOEFL iBT (Internet-based Test): 92, and 22 for Writing
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE A): 62, and 54 for Writing

The bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS) is composed of basic studies of the programme (65 ECTS mathematics, programming, industrial engineering and management, obligatory languages, Aalto studies, orientation), the major in digital systems and design (65 ECTS including BSc thesis and seminar), the minor (20-25 ECTS) and elective studies (25-30 ECTS).
