Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent, with a minimum of 180 ECTS credits
  • Internship experience in an architect’s or structural engineering office
  • Subject-specific aptitude test comprising a design portfolio and interview
  • Letter of motivation highlighting the applicant’s commitment to the program
  • Language proficiency in German (B1-level) or English (B2-level)
  • 1st semester: Structural engineering design, Design specialization, Structural design and construction, Module from the field of design, history, art, and theory, Impromptu designs
  • 2nd semester: Urban design, Design specialization, Module from the field of urban and landscape design, Lecture series, Module from the subject specialization
  • 3rd semester: Structural engineering or urban design, Design specialization, Module from the subject specialization, Interdisciplinary qualifications, Research seminar / free study project
  • 4th semester: Master’s thesis, Module from the subject specialization, Seminar week, Master’s thesis preparation

Tuition fee per semester:
