Upon graduation, you’ll be eligible to apply for teacher registration in Queensland and pursue teaching opportunities in both state and independent schools across Australia and beyond. With further experience and professional development, you’ll unlock pathways to diverse roles such as head of department, principal, guidance officer, and more.

Admission Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an approved tertiary institution, with expertise in two teaching areas of the secondary curriculum.
  • Submit a statement addressing non-academic criteria and complete an online questionnaire as part of the application process.
  • Achieve a minimum grade point average (GPA) of at least 4.5 on a 7-point scale in the previous qualification.
  • Meet English language proficiency requirements, with an IELTS score of 7.5 overall, including minimum scores of 8 in speaking and listening, and 7 in reading and writing.
