About this Study Course

The Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a comprehensive 2-year program designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. Delivered in a hybrid format combining face-to-face and remote learning, the program consists of 60 ECTS of taught components followed by a 30 ECTS portfolio.

Focused on three key areas—supply chain operations, international transportation and logistics management, and sustainability—the program provides a rigorous graduate education tailored to meet the demands of the industry. Through a blend of theoretical insights and practical applications, graduates will develop technical proficiency, interpersonal skills, and market awareness essential for success in the field.

In our Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the intricate workings of logistics and supply chain systems, preparing you for a rewarding career in this rapidly evolving field. Admission Requirements

(a) a first cycle degree in an area of study which the Board considers as appropriate, classified with at least Second Class Honours or Category II obtained by this University or any higher education institution recognized by Senate or

(b) a first cycle degree classified with Third Class Honours or Category III in an area of study deemed suitable by the Board, provided such applicants are in possession of other qualifications, including relevant experience, obtained following their first cycle degree.

The Faculty Admissions Committee may, after thorough examination of documents submitted in support of the qualifications presented, and following an interview, recommend the admission of applicants applying for admission in terms of the University’s Policy for the Recognition and Accreditation of Prior Learning (RPL) who are in possession of other academic or professional qualifications and documented experience if these are deemed to be comparable to the qualifications referred to in the above paragraphs. The admission of such applicants may be made subject to those conditions that may be imposed to address any lacunae in the applicants’ academic preparation. Conditions imposed may include the satisfactory completion of a preparatory programme, or the requirement to follow and pass supplementary study-units, up to a maximum of 12 ECTS credits, in addition to the programme of study.
