About this Study Course
Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of English language, literature, and culture with our Master of Education program. With a geographical focus on Great Britain, North America, and the post-colonial world, our interdisciplinary curriculum delves deep into the diverse facets of the English-speaking world. From linguistic analysis to literary critique, and from historical exploration to cultural inquiry, our program offers a comprehensive understanding of English as both a language and a cultural phenomenon.
Overview
In our Master of Education program, students undergo a transformational journey that combines a robust foundation in educational sciences with a deep dive into English language and literature. While the bachelor’s degree program focuses on subject-specific knowledge, our master’s program places a stronger emphasis on educational theories, strategies, and methods specific to teaching English. Through modules on subject didactics, students gain expertise in active learning methods, language teaching strategies, literary analysis, and media literacy. With a practical semester as a key component, students have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world educational settings, preparing them for a successful career in teaching.
