- 3-year Diploma in a related field (cognate) such as psychology, or social sciences; or
- 3-year Diploma not in a related field + 1 year relevant organizational experience; or
- 2-year Diploma in a related field such as psychology, or social sciences, + 2 years relevant organizational experience; or
- 2-year Diploma not in the discipline + 3 years relevant organizational experience; or
- At least 5 years’ organizational experience.
