Admission Requirements
- A good Honours degree (typically 2:1 or above) in a relevant field, or an equivalent qualification.
- For PhD applicants, a Master’s qualification at Merit level or above (or its international equivalent) in a relevant area is required.
- Academic and professional qualifications, as well as relevant experience, are considered integral to the application process.
- Distance learning applicants must demonstrate the capability and commitment necessary for independent study.
International students are welcomed, and standard English language proficiency is required:
- IELTS: 6.5 overall with no less than 6.0 in any band
- TOEFL iBT: 88 overall with minimum scores of 21 in Reading, 21 in Listening, 22 in Speaking, and 21 in Writing
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 59 in all four skills
- Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) – minimum overall score of 176, with no less than 169 in any component
