Admission Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree equivalent to 180 ECTS credits or three years of full-time study.
  • Ensure the degree provides eligibility for master’s degree studies at a university in the awarding country.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English through standardized tests: IELTS Academic (overall score 6.5, writing score 5.5), TOEFL iBT (92, writing 22), Pearson Test of English Academic (62, writing 54).
  • Major studies (60-65 ECTS)
  • Elective studies (25-30 ECTS)
  • Master’s thesis (30 ECTS)

Aalto University’s tuition fee for master’s programmes taught in English is 15 000 euros per academic year.
